FL Articles of Inc. Question
Hello,
I am preparing my articles of incorporation to begin a consulting practice in Florida.
If I am reading the requirements correctly, I need to specify the "Purpose for which the business is organized".
Can I be somewhat general in this? Or do I have to be specific on what type of business I am doing? I don't want to over specify. I will be doing specialized software/database consulting, but to be honest, I want to have the flexibility to sweep floors if need be.

Ok, I realize that I am supposed to have an attorney do this. In fact, I met with one yesterday and quite frankly, I just do not have the funds to retain legal advice. I still believe it is in my best interests to form the corporation and once I generate revenue, I can get legally cleaned up. ( I have a feeling some of you might hammer me on this)
Any advice would be helpful
Thanks in advance.
