I have a large retail business that I'm trying to sell. I say large, but as far as revenue, it still qualifies as a small business. Going through the local realtor is the only avenue we've went down at this time, but I'm wondering if there are other ways to go about this. The amount of people looking for something this big is probably small in my city, so how do you spread the news regionally or even nationally?
