invoices, customer data sheets, price quote sheets, ect. Each business has it's own set of paperwork that could have it's logo on it. Your best bet it to research each customers needs on an individual basis

It's part of my slogan ... if anything goes from you to your customer without your company's logo, or contact info, you're losing money.

Forget the envelopes, print your logo/URL etc on some labels.

Business Cards - yes, be creative (possibly a different shape or thickness)
Invoices - yes, you can create these from your accounting software or Excel (with your logo and URL)

Brochure - seems to be popular. Again, as someone mentioned it may depend on what business you are in.

Maybe a decal (with company name/URL) for your car?

The key is to be original or you stuff will get lost in the sea of printed materials. Start small (business cards and maybe a brochure) and see how your customers react.

As well, snoop around and see what your competitors are doing.

I personally think alot of companies waste a ton of money on printed materials. Many successful companies I know of just have the cards with everything else printed on demand (invoices, quotes, etc).

we always have something in paper to pass out ...right now ;; cute 1920 dancing girls announcing our openhouse....and a folder of fun poems, later we have holiday stress hints...our cards, our brochure....a shop comes thru and offers to take our brochures and i have an extra 20 to give them.... it gets us a lot of business....we do everything on our computer...and are very free with paper..... and have our web address on every piece , just like the capitan said....
we even have a folding machine ....and a color laser printer. etc etc...we are in the midst of labelling and stamping 4000 postcards right now....very boring work!!!
