I'm glad I have found this thread as I have been thinking about moving into my local shopping center and leasing a small permanent kiosk.

I have a business friend which is in the mall and he has a permanent shop (60m2) and he pays $10 000 AUS a month all year round.

I'm looking to setup a kiosk in the middle of the shopping centre (About 16m2) but am worried they are going to charge a lot for such a small space.

Any way I would like some feedback on my idea.

We are in the IT business and our main market is repairing people’s computer. Would you as a customer bring your computer to your local shopping center to be repaired?
