Well your post was sort of vauge, so here is my response:
Starting a company - a good place to start is the SBA,
http://www.sba.gov. Look into what it takes to start a company, and you'll get lots of ideas there. Read about the marketing plan & business structures, etc.
A line of water...check your competition. I think this is a saturated market (no pun intended), and there are several well known companies that basically sell colored and or flavored water.
Once you add to water, I think you need to get FDA approval, which will cost money and time - it may take years for someone with no experience in the field to get FDA approval and get their products on consumers shelves.
There are patents to procure, and protect, and you'll likely need lots of start up funding.
You might want to consider canning the coolaid idea and go for something with lower start up time and expense, and lower risk.
