Default How to find employees for free.

Hello, I will be launching a new system on my website in the near future that requires a mass amount of employees for a work at home, side job, paid on commission. What is best way to find the high amount of employees that I need, quickly, and without any, or high cost?
Thanks alot.

Ask your friends, family members and people they know to help. (investment early on behalf thier time may pay off with a compesation or ownership plan you may offer in the future).

Advertise on a college billboard or hand out cards at a campus. (Many will do free work just for the experience, or the possibility of them working thier way into ownership somewhere down the road).

Put cards on car windows (least preferred, but you did say "quick").

Advertise in local papers and classifieds (fairly cost effective).

Hope this helps some.

I guess nobody here has. I know I haven't, and I don't see any reason why I should.

Hmmm... How do you go about checking the amount of traffic a particular site attracts? I know that Alexa provide some information, but is there any other particular method or service you use?

There are a number of things I look at. You mention Alexa rankings. I do look at those. Based upon Alexa rankings alone, the traffic the site you mention gets isn't too impressive. I have several sites with around the same Alexa ranking as that, and I know how little traffic they get, so I don't imagine this site gets much better. Conisidering the type of site, if it's not getting in the top 50,000 or better in Alexa, you wouldn't even really need to look beyond that. What I mean by the type of site is that it's a generalist type site that should attract webmasters (who would have Alexa installed). If it were a niche site on some esoteric topic, I wouldn't pay much attention to that ranking.
