Default How to determine pricing?

Hello! I have a new, growing business in the gourmet pretzel field and have been really struggling with my pricing and what to charge wholesale.

I know my actual costs for product, but how do you calculate for employee cost, insurance, overhead etc.? I currently have no employees and barely any overhead (i "rent" from my husband and he doesn't actually charge me anything). And then use that information to determine what a fair retail price is, and on top of that what to charge a wholesaler so that you're making money, but they are too, and that the end price isn't too high?

Is there a formula for this kind of thing? A best guesstimate?

Thanks for any info...christy
