Default Start-up and Funding your business

The start-up and initial funding of your business are two of the hardest stages to success.

Before anyone will touch you with any form of substantial funding, you will be asked to take many risks yourself. This may include taking on personal debt, working all of the hours available and neglecting your social life.

To receive help at a later stage, you need to be determined and 200% committed to your business. The initial stages of any business are always a big test.

If you are intending to start up a business from scratch and have no capital, it may be worth examining the various grants that are avaliable to new businesses or speaking with your bank about a business loan or bank account. A useful resource is Business link - http://www.businesslink.gov.uk

Banks can be quite supportive - recognissing that most businesses fail in the first year.

If you are applying for a small business or start-up grant, do you still need to put money into the business yourself?

Would you receive any business advice from these funding agents? Or do they just lend you the money, and let you make your own way?

while starting a small - business its very important first to determine the risk involved and profit you may get from it . since intially you are the lone person who have to bear all the cost and if dont determine risk and profit you may land up in loss
