Default laws for shipping internationally

I have a customer on taiwan. I am shipping about 30,000 worth of bobble heads to him. besides teh cost of shipping is their any additonal costs that will incur? is their an import tax and if so does my customer have to pay it? Do I ahve to fill anything out with the government her in the U.S.? Thanks

All of my overseas shipping requires a customs document. The buyer (depending on the country) will have to pay an import fee. Its usually not a problem. be careful as most overseas buyers will ask you to alter the documents suggesting a lower value, so there taxes/fees are adjusted accordingly.
